Sulti

Sulti (they/them), Kurdish trans-Non-Binary person, born 1996 in Kirkuk in south of Kurdistan. Sulti became active in the disability movement and in a group fighting for children/youth rights in Sulaimanyah in a young age. In 2013 Sulti and their family decided to leave South of Kurdistan because of the war against ISIS and the political conflicts there. Today Sulti is living in Berlin and active in the Abolitionist, Climate justice and freedom of movement. Sulti is part of Abolish Deportation Berlin, BIpoc for climate justice and Abolish Frontex campaign to respond to the structural racism in Europe especially in Germany meantime the Asylum politics that lead to death of thousands of our communities on the borders but also at home in the global majority.
